“I am sure that this has been answered but I will ask. My ACER PC had a DVD drive - does Best Buy provide a disc or must this be downloaded? Even thought they say that there is no stupid question, this one may qualify.”

Best Buy provided a disc to me, but I was not able to install the program from the disc. I finally got the program on my computer by speaking personally with an Adobe representative by phone for 90+ minutes and allowing him to take control of my computer to install the program. I had earlier purchased the program directly from Adobe bur received a refund for that purchase after Adobe was unable to install that purchase for me.
