“I have a Mac and a PC (with old Photoshop on it). Can I download this to both my computers?”

• For this version (2020), you need to buy one copy for Windows and one copy for Mac O/S. You can't buy one version and have it work on both types of operating systems like before. I already talked to Adobe customer service about this. I wanted to install Photoshop Elements on both my Windows PC and my iMac.
