• I have not tried this, but I think you can add text from a PDF file. See this help page from Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/opening-files.html#open_a_pdf_file

• I do not have a clue about windows 10 bc i use apple and im just starting to use the program. They do have a good video on you tube that could help you. thats what i did and its very informative.
