We're very sorry to hear that you've had germination issues. It is disappointing when Seed Pods don't germinate. We do test our seed pods for a 99% germination rate, but Mother Nature often has her own schedule. That's why we guarantee pod replacements for non-germinating seeds. However, when multiple Seed Pods do not germinate, it could indicate a larger Garden issue. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team on the Aerogarden website so we may further assist.

Please try again later.assuming you kept in mind that some pod germination time is expected to take longer than others, I found that getting replacement pods mailed was pretty easy and hassle-free. They do want you to wait longer than the estimated sprout time listed on the pod, just to give them a fair chance to get going if they just happen to be slower than expected.
