- Answer My set quit charging while still under warranty and I got them replaced through AfterShokz. I went to their website and filled out the warranty information. I didn't have any problems doing it that way.

QuestionWe have one person that has a problem hearing. After pairing these for her to our tv we had no sound thru the tv speakers so others cd not hear the program. Is there anyway to connect these for her while letting others hear thru TV speakers?

- Answer Look into getting a audio splitter that has multiple inputs. One for your surroundsound, the other input for the receiver that you pair to headset.

QuestionI have faulty headphones. Shokz customer service wont reply. Fault within warranty but as they never replied they are now out of warranty. I have contacted them 7-8 times via all options Any ideas?

- Answer This is the reason why you purchase from Best Buy just take it back. Explain to the manager your situation. show them some communication email or text documentation if you have it. I am sure that they will work something out with you if your headset is not destroyed visually.

QuestionI love the concept as those devises that fit inside my ears make my ears hurt. I do a lot of traveling and enjoy tours of museums etc. They provide audio tours with devices that aren't all bluetooth. I guess they will not work with this headset?

- Answer The only way to connect to these is via Bluetooth. If the tour device does not have a Bluetooth transmitter built in, you will not be able to use these.

- Answer I have this model and my mother has the model with the mic boom. We’ve called each other and swapped headsets to test and I personally can’t notice a difference of one over the other. My mother said that after she bought hers, she wished she would have bought one without the mic boom since it can’t be removed and can get in the way from time to time.

QuestionI would primarily use for video conferencing on a laptop in a quiet office. I'm sure that I would hear quite fine, but am concerned about the microphone. Could the other parties hear me clearly? Would I be muffled or cut in and out?

- Answer Hey there! Aeropex headphones are considered waterproof with an IP67 rating and can be submerged in water up to a meter deep safely for 30 minutes; however, we do not recommend them for swimming purposes due to limitations of Bluetooth technology when underwater. Thank you!

- Answer Hey Jb! Aeropex has an IP67 waterproof rating meaning they can be submerged in water for up to 30 minutes; however, we do not recommend Aeropex for swimming. All Bluetooth devices use 2.4GHz radio frequency—which does not work well in water. This is due to laws of physics, as water molecules attenuate the signal; when any Bluetooth device is put underwater, the range is just few inches. We designed our Xtrainerz model with this in mind, fully understanding the limits of Bluetooth capability, that is why the Xtrainerz is MP3 capable only.
