A:AnswerThe listening portion of the headset is on both sides for stereo listening. Only the microphone is on one side. Since the "earpieces" vibrate the bone and are not in the ear, I don't know how your personal listening experience will be on the left side. You should be able to hear in your right ear with no issues.

So in terms of Bluetooth options for ps4 its very limited. At least without an adapter or some other way to work around it. If youre looking for a headset, id suggest the HyperX Cloud 2. They are fairly comfortable and have good mic quality. And decent sound
