The terms, clearly displayed on the product page, state: "The Card is non-reloadable"

No, it has to be in denominations of $100 but I'm shopping online so ymmv in store.

You can choose between $25, $50, $100.

As long as the amount is exactly $100.00, then yes. Otherwise, no.
