• A:Answer Either you have a faulty chair and need to replace it, or you put it together wrong. You're just supposed to pull the handle.

Q: QuestionI'm tall and most chairs lack the back height I need. From seat cushion to the back of my head is 32". Most chairs have headrest way too low. Bottom of headrest cannot be less than 30" from seat bottom. Will this chair work for me?
