From floor to TOP of seat cushion, aprox. 16" on the low setting and 19" on the highest.

These chairs are made for long term sitting/gaming/office, so you do not want, or need them to go too high. It goes high enough to keep your legs and posture perfect. It also adjusts back on the backrest, but you generally would never do that when you are sitting in a perfect posture state for long term sitting.

Hey! The chair raises to 17.25 inches. If you add the seat cushion to it then it will be 21.25 inches in height.
