• A:Answer No this phone is not unlocked and can only be used with a total wireless sim which means locked. I bought the phone for my dad whom missed his prior flip phone. And was misinformed by bestbuy website that it is unlocked. I purchases but because my dad went out of town for the holidays I was not able to return it. Buyer beware you will only have 14 days to return.

• A:Answer I am totally no expert, but, I've noticed if a phone is not activated it will not reset it's own time. Once activated as soon as you fire it up the clock automatically sets itself. Also The ones I've got if you pull the battery then slap it in at midnight straight up it will take off at that time. As far as manual adjustment of the time, good luck I've found no way to do that.
