• It isn't unlocked, but it is a Cricket phone. Just put your Cricket Sim in and go

• this is locked to cricket wireless... it comes with a cricket sim.... it cant be used on another carrier until its unlocked

• if you purchase it from Best Buy yes it is unlocked phone however you would have to use a new SIM card that comes with the phone. you can go online to cricketwireless. Com and follow the instructions to activate the new SIM card however I do not recommend the pulse mix.
