• A:Answer I just want to clear up a little misinformation given. Screen refresh rate (60Hz, 120Hz, etc.) is not a limiting factor when it comes to the frame rates a system can push. In general, you can definitely obtain higher frame rates than what a screen's max refresh rate is.
