• No. Air cooling works fine. You might just need to clean out the filters once in a while.

• Its air cooled. It runs very cool compared to other towers its internal layout is designed to keep it much cooler than other towers. Not sure where you heard that but maybe that person lives in the desert with no air. Or maybe it was their competition.
