• Im sure its possible to have 8 pre installed but everything comes standard with 10 now. And with the NVIDIA 1070 or 1080 you need the current version of windows 10 for the new driver to work...so games that are more demanding and recently released will not run at the highest settings with the best performance without that new driver from NVIDIA.
