It has one fan on top and one fan in the back but it also in fact has water cooling for the processor even though it says air. When you receive the package it states that it is water cooled and I have verified that It is. Also, it has one Type C on the top and most of the USB's are 3.1. Not sure about the ps wattage, forgot to look last time I had it open.
