- Answer I found that Max of 2 Monitors, One is connected easily with HDMI, the second however will need to be with the USB C to Display Port Converterr (YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS) - But I highly recommend getting the USB C to Display Port as it does provide good performance, I was able to do 2k on 1440P and 165hz and had no issues, while using a second monitor on HDMI at 60hz

QuestionThe temperature of the CPU is at 90 C when I only watch online videos. Plus it turned off and was so hot it could melt plastic. I should go back and change it for a new one or just update the drivers solves it?

- Answer go into the bios and set the tcc offset to 15 or 10 will fix temp issues.

- Answer CT2K16G4SFRA32A is the part number for a good RAM upgrade, the RAM it is shipped with is the slowest possible 3200. For sure upgrade the RAM if you are unfortunate enough to purchase this laptop like I was.

QuestionCan I go upgrade my storage upto 4 TB? If so, i heard that the gen4 x4 speed is downgraded by the system to gen3 x4. Also for the ram, 1 question here says that it is accepting up to 64gb of ram? 2 slots of ssd and ram can be upgraded? Please confirm.

- Answer Actually the ram can be upgraded to 64gb of ddr4 3200 mhz, and yes it can handle 4tb of ssd storage.
