Without the KardiaCare subscription you can download a basic determination such as tachycardia & the 6 readings ( Leads I, II, III, aVF, aVL, and aVR) as a PDF & send to your doctor as an attachment for further interpretation. With the KardiaCare subscription an advanced determination such as Sinus Rhythm with Supraventricular Ectopy (which should cover atrial flutter) would be displayed immediately with the 6 readings which you can also send to your doctor as a PDF. I have used the 6L with KardiaCare for 1 month and find it very helpful and user friendly to send abnormal readings to my cardiologist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you will get 6 different graphs. You download the app on your phone and when you use the kardia mobile you open the app and it will pair with your phone before it starts recording. After it pairs then it records and it saves the reading. It is supposed to record if you have irregular heart beat. If you do have an irregular beat when you go to the dr you can open the app and show the recording. You can also subscribe to kardia mobile and it will send your EKG strip to a kardia mobile Dr to review it. I have enclosed a picture so you can see what a reading looks like.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The readout depicts an EKG very similar to the EKG that is done in the office, except its 6 leads rather that a 12 lead EKG. Save it as a PDF, then email to your physician or show it at the next appointment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not pay for the subscription and yes, I see the 6 separate readings each time I record (tracings include: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF). Since all of my readings have been normal (says 'normal sinus rhythm' at the end of the recording), I am not sure what exactly it will say if there is an abnormality detected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't understand how it can show 6 different angles of detection from only two points of contact. However, it will easily show and detect atrial fibrillation or flutter from only 1 lead. The cheaper model can do the same. I suspect the "6- lead" claim is s gimmick. But, I've only been performing ecg's in a hospital setting for 16 years.......
