“A CC rep suggested I get a TMobile sim card to see if that helps with reception on an ATT Sim card since TMobile works well in my area. When I get the TMobile sim card what would I have to do to get it up and running? TY!”

Pop out the old sim, put in the new one and either call customer service from another phone or go website and give the the new sim activation code that comes with it. Restart phone and that’s it. Save receipt and submit to them and they should credit the cost of switching sims back to your account!
