A:AnswerYes, it will transform 110V to 220V. It is designed to adapt different plugs in different countries. If your purpose is to use laptop or other gadgets, this is the right one for you. However, if you trying to use it on other bigger appliances, may get too warm or blow circuit. I just return from Argentina with one this gadget and work fantastic. I recommend it.
Hope it was an useful information.
Good luck,

A:AnswerYour medical device was manufactured to work in Spain. Current in Spain 220V? If it is, you need an adapter/converter that is from 220V to 110V. Consult with manufacture to get specifications on what kind of converter you need.
A:AnswerThis voltage converter receives only USA style plugs. So no, you can not plug a EU plug into this device.m Unless you also put a EU to US plug coverter into this voltage converter.
A:AnswerYes it does. But for iPhones and iPads no converter is needed since the chargers are 120/240V Hairdryers up to 1800 Watt should function without problems with this converter.
Since we have a hairdryer suitable for 120/240 V I have not used the converter for that. Needed it for some other equipment like a Waterpik and electrical toothbrush.
