- Answer Check the wiring. This radio has separate leads for positive and negative connections to each speaker. I didn't connect a ground wire correctly at first, and volume was very low. Once the wiring was correct, the volume worked perfectly.

- Answer Yes, but you must be in bluetooth mode (playing music from your phone). If it is on radio as a source it won't (at least for me it didn't).
