Questioncan I use the aux input to hook up to a sound source and pair another speaker with it so its in stereo

- Answer Hi there Jay - Unfortunately, the Mini LifeJacket Jolt w/lights does not come equipped with an aux input. Also, true wireless pairing will only work when one speaker is connected to a music source through Bluetooth.

QuestionI just bought this speaker. I have it connected to my phone. I have hit the volume up button to turn up the sound. It will go up but then instantly it turns back down. I turned up the volume on my phone, but the sound does not turn up on the speaker.

- Answer Hi there - you cannot plug in a USB Thumb Drive and play music off this device. The Mini LifeJacket Jolt works by connecting to a device via Bluetooth. The USB port within the Mini LifeJacket Jolt is for charging smart devices!

- Answer Hi there - Absolutely! We call it "House Party Pairing" - when you hook up 2+ speakers together using 1 Bluetooth source. To do this, please follow these steps: 1. Power on the first "main" speaker and connect this to your bluetooth device. 2. Press and hold the link button for 2-3 seconds on the "main" speaker. 3. Power on the secondary speaker 4. Quick press the bluetooth link button on the secondary speaker 5. Wait a few seconds and they both will pair together!
