“Can the frame play from both the internal memory and the SD card? If not how do you transfer from internal memory to the card?”

I did contact customer service and they promptly replied. But as I was told the frame can only play from either the internal or the SD/USB device but not both at the same time. The issue is that all pictures sent by the app go to the internal memory and the frame has no way to copy those pictures to the SD/USB device. So if 8gb is enough for you then the internal memory will work but if like me that isn't nearly enough then I would pass on this frame and look to one that has the ability to copy those app pictures or play them.

For anyone wanting to know the answer to this question, the frame can not play from both sources, it is one or the other. Secondly, any picture sent to the frame from the app will go directly to the internal memory; if you are playing a slideshow from an SD card, those pictures will not be shown. In their wisdom, this company also decided not to include any way to copy those pictures from the internal memory to your SD card.
