This mainly depends on how the video is formatted. We recommend using .mp4 or .avi formats. Make sure audio is formatted to 16bit, 44.1 Khz. Video should not be formatted to HD or 4K or higher. It is best to format for the 10 inch screen, so 1024x768 or smaller will likely work best. I have the AWS10F (a similar frame that I use in the office) and I have scaled down some movies to a very small format in avi and I was able to get 2 entire James Bond movies on the frame in addition to a few other things. So the format and size are very important.
