Yes. There are two main ways. 1) Direct connection using the USB cable. Or 2) Use the FTP method in settings > PC Control on the frame. For full instructions on how to use the FTP transfer send us an email to support@aluratek.com. I can then send you more specifics and tips on how to use the frame.

You could email them if you set up the email for the device. I do that all the time from my phone, so you should be able to with your PC via email.
