- Answer It is completely automatic - just plug it in and enjoy the pictures. You must put in the pictures and settings, of course; but she does not need to do anything else.

- Answer The frame works on 2.4ghz networks. However, most wifi routers have both 2.4 & 5ghz ranges.

- Answer Yes, the frame works with jpeg's and has 16GB of internal memory. The number of photos the frame can hold depends on the actual size of the photo...however, you can reasonably expect to get 1,000+ photos. You can use SD cards instead of the internal memory or download photos from the SD card into the internal memory.
