QuestionDoes adjusting the lens mean you move the largest part of the camera, not touch the lens itself? Is it hard to get it focused? Does that have to be adjusted often?

- Answer The lens is adjusted by turning it like a dial using the outside ring of the lens itself. Just like a volume knob.

QuestionSound-I have to two AWC03F cameras. One for home and the other for in-school instruction. I use each with a Macbook. It's been reported that there is a hissing/white noise sound that can be heard coming through. It can also be heard on my recorded videos.

QuestionI am so disappointed with this camera. I bought it about 1 month ago and now the camera is not focusing and showing blurry. I am not sure what to do to correct it. I have updated the drivers and it's still the same. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

- Answer Adjust the focus of the camera by slightly turning the lens on the front of the camera either left or right until the image becomes clear.

- Answer Usually this occurs when you have two microphones working at the same time. If you have a microphone on your laptop or desktop try turning it off. If that doesn't work give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.

QuestionI can't get the camera to focus at all. It is very blurry and hard to make out. I saw you are supposed to turn to the lens to manually focus but I can't get the lens to twist and it is not focusing at all. How do I make it focus?

- Answer Make sure lens cap is off. It is very difficult to turn. Clockwise to sharpen. Counterclockwise to soften.

- Answer This camera DEFINITELY has a pronounced fisheye effect. I haven't figured out if there's a setting that will correct this.

- Answer No. This webcam simply connects to a computer via USB cable. There is no Bluetooth or WIFI on the webcam. You can connect an audio mic (USB or BT) to the computer and then use that when using the video from the Aluratek.
