QuestionCan I use this to pair my AirPods to the entertainment system on an airplane?
Asked 6 years ago by Anonymous.
- Answer iStream is a BT receiver so it doesn't work for your application. You will need a BT transmitter to transmit audio from the 3.5mm headset output port to your wireless headset.

QuestionCan this be used to vonnect airpods to a ps4?
Asked 6 years ago by SammyV.
- Answer No. That's the opposite of what this device does. It accepts a Bluetooth audio source (airpods are a Bluetooth audio receiver) and converts the Bluetooth wireless transmittal signal into a wired 1/8" audio plug. That audio plug can then be plugged into a device to receive the signal from the Bluetooth transmitter.

Questionwill this item connect to a non smart tv?
Asked 7 years ago by jerry.
- Answer Note: I answered this question previously stating "Yes", this adapter will work on a not-smart tv. And it does.... in order to RECEIVE a signal from some other device (like a smart phone). Be aware though, if you are trying to transmit (eg) your tv's sound to a bluetooth speaker, this is NOT what you want. Look, instead, for a Bluetooth transmitter.
