QuestionWe purchased this amana microwave several weeks ago. No complaints, really happy. My question is the following: When we finish microwaving, there is a loud beeping sound to remind us that the microwave has stopped. Is there some way to lower the sound?

- Answer I have never heard a loud beeping noise come from our new Amana microwave. We do have a quiet beep if you don't take the food item out of the microwave after a certain amount of time.
