Q: QuestionI do not understand why this freezer has grooves to fit a shelf, yet there is only a small movable shelf to put an ice bucket on. I’m unable to find one sold separately. ALSO, no deli drawer? Ridiculous. Wouldn’t have purchased had I known this info.

• A:Answer My niece’s refrigerator kicked the bucket. Her refrigerator had glass shelves. One of those glass shelves fit my freezer, perfectly (after I removed the useless tiny wire shelf in the freezer). I suggest measuring your freezer where a shelf would go and trying to find one online.

Q: QuestionWhat is the thickness of the doors on the Amana SKU4841311? They have to be removed to slide it into the kitchen, and I want to make sure that it will fit through the door opening.
