Also, the owners manual said something about using high impact or high density detergent, I can't find the book right now, but I've done 3 loads with my regular detergent and have had no problems. They did give me 2 free samples of "Tide 4 in 1 ultra oxi" detergent which I haven't used yet.

Lift the lid and add the measured recommended amount of liquid fabric softener. Do not use more than the recommended amount. Close the lid and press START/PAUSE/UNLOCK LID again to start the washer. A:Answeryes, a full sized one, not one of those newer versions that only come up a few inches from the bottom that supposedly are better. The newer style ones are easier on clothes but don't clean them as well as the simply basic agitator on this washer
