- Answer Mine is 36" high, burner level and countertop is 35" high so it is about an inch above. However, I didn't want to invest in upgrade countertops at this time.

- Answer Hello Beth! n this model the health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off during the self clean. Exposure to the fumes may result in death to certain birds. Always move birds to another closed and well-ventilated room.

- Answer Yes, it says hot cooktop in the middle of the console. And it tells you in a separate light when a surface is on. So two lights: one to say the cooktop is on, and one to tell you it is still hot.

QuestionJust bought this stove and notice after cooking that the eyes are getting silver specks in/on them. The big one in front has larger silver blemishes like the black color is rubbing off. Does anyone know how to correct this?

- Answer Hello Rick, All plastic protective coverings should be removed by the installers when they deliver the appliance. The glass top should not have any clear coverings on it. We hope this helps.
