- Answer OMG I haven't even used the oven yet. So disappointed with the smooth surface top. IMO BB are just remanufacturing these stoves. I'm so dissatisfied with this product. Best Buy needs to do better.

- Answer No, only parts of the controls use 120 volt. The rest uses 220. And US normal outlets only puts out 110 volts.

QuestionWhen I boil water on the range, a red indicator light comes on and shuts off the range. The only way to get it working again is to unplug the stove and wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. Why is this happening?
