A:AnswerHi there, you can factory reset the Band 7 if you want to reset the date and time. Swipe up from the main watch dial to bring up the app list. Scroll down to Settings -> System to reset it. Please note you will need to pair it again to the Zepp app to set it up again.

when setting up an account on the Zepp app the email doesn't play a factor however the date of birth does so when creating account the DOB must be over 16 .
