A:AnswerHi Hal26, the GTR Mini is able to continuously monitor heart rate in an interval of every 1, 5, 10, or 30 mins. You can take a manually measurement anytime directly on the watch as well. If you have a workout mode started on the watch the watch will measure your HR every second until you end the workout. Please note the watch is not able to monitor for your blood pressure.

A:AnswerI'm not convinced of the accuracy of this Smart Watch. It seems that it uses different algorythims and so far the sleep reports don't reflect my Insomnia riddled sleep patterns. And the Step counter reflects about 1/3 the number of my old one while I'm doing the same work.
A:AnswerHi GeekMomStephanie, no unfortunately the GTR Mini does not have GPS tracking ability to locate your elderly husband when you are apart. Unfortunately none of our watches have this feature. Michael | Amazfit Support
A:AnswerHi Curious, the GTR Mini uses a standard quick release watch band. You can change it out with any third party watch band that uses this style. You would just need to match the band width size of 20mm for it to fit the watch. Michael | Amazfit Support
