“Purchased an Amazon Fire Tv Omni 55". Set it up to used Cox Cable as a tv provider. The Alexa feature works erratically. Tired two IR blasters, 4 Cox boxes, clean line of sight (about 12") between the blaster and the box. What could be wromg?”

Hi PTM, To pair the boxes and all other equipment you can follow the steps below. Before getting started, locate the remotes for the devices you're connecting to Fire TV. Fire TV devices automatically detect compatible equipment and provide an on-screen interface to add them. If equipment isn't detected, or you'd like to set up Equipment Control manually, follow the steps on this page. To connect your devices: Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Equipment Control. Select Manage Equipment. Note: Select Advanced Settings on this screen to activate or deactivate Automated Device Discovery. Select Add Equipment and choose the equipment you'd like to add. You can also verify your Omni Qled has the latest software update and the cox app installed. If you have not linked your services via Alexa or on your TV that may be the issue. Hope that helps!
