I have full swivel & tilt 360’ mounting. Problem is it work like a FireStick Vs a smart Tv. My Samsung smart Tv integrated apps & cable seamlessly, auto updated etc This constantly needs you to manually update & if something goes wrong you can’t get into anything else & there is No support line. You can’t reach Best Buy anymore. You can NEVER REACH THE STORE WITH A QUICK SOLUTION. You have to waste countless hrs on the phone with geek squad to possibly resolve the issue
