Yes, this model of case only fits the new Paperwhite, waterproof model for 2019, It comes in a rainbow of colors. I love the bright yellow. It's sunny look is easy to find in my backpack/purse.

When you say waterproof KIndle I'm taking that to be the Oasis. If that is the case then no it will not fit the two devices are of different shape and size.
