Tell Alexa, "Help." "I need help." "Call for help." As a Guard Plus subscriber, the Emergency Helpline provides you, and others in your household, access to call trained agents who can request the dispatch of emergency responders - such as police, the fire department, or an ambulance - on your behalf. Emergency Helpline agents are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Make Emergency Helpline calls with any Echo smart speaker or smart display in your account, even if they're not among your Guard Plus devices. If you're away from home and Alexa sends you a Smart Alert, you can select Call Emergency Helpline in the Smart Alert.
