You might try resetting it, by holding down the power button for 30 seconds, than unplug it and turn it back on. Also try changing locations to get away from other electronics. Most likely you will need to have it fixed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Looks like there’s a possible defect in your device. For starters, I would power it off/on. I had issues with my Show not working on certain features, but powering it off/on AFTER initial set up helped resolve the issues. If you’re still having screen issues, definitely contact Amazon to claim their warranty.
