“When I first started using this it would show me in live time who was at the door when the ring was set off, it stopped doing it, it only announces motion now. I have tried everything to get that feature back even resetting it”

I think this specific model is just glitchy. I have other Amazon display models and only this one constantly freezes in the middle of viewing content or disconnects from all devices

Look on Ring.com for comparison of the plans. Or call Amazon customer service, ask for Ring Support, & discuss it with themz
