• Hi Anon, thanks for your question. It sounds like your Echo Show 5 screen may be timing out due to a feature known as "Night Mode." To disable, Go into Settings > Wallpaper & Clock> scroll down to Night Mode. From here you can either disable the Night Mode or schedule the times. Hopefully this is helpful. Have a great day!
