• Comes with the ads, but they're very non-intrusive. I don't mind them at all. It's only when you turn it on/wake it up, but you only have to swipe the ad away. You gotta swipe it to unlock it anyways, ad or no ad. If you buy it with the ads, you can always pay the extra money later to disable them through Amazon's store.

• You can pay $15/$20 to remove adds, but it's not really worth it because the only time you see them is on the unlock screen. The $120 is with advertisements.
