I did not purchase one for my latest Kindle Fire, at this price I decided to take my chances. My son has had a Kindle fire for over a year, I did purchase the protection plan and it paid off. The battery was not holding a charge for more than an hour and we returned it to Best Buy, it was exchanged for a new Kindle Fire.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.its not necessary, but if you drop it or break it they replace it, its nice to have insurance
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would definitely buy the protection plan. My sister-in-law's Kindle and her dad's Kindle only lasted 1-2 years.
