Hi Cart! As long as your portable TV has an HDMI port, you would just plug the Fire TV Stick 4K Max in like normal. Remember the 4K Max requires it's own power, so you'll need to make sure that you have a way to plug it in when using it with the portable TV. If your TV has available USB ports, there are some accessories you can purchase that allow the Fire TV Stick 4K Max to run off of two USB ports.
