- Answer Hi Rich! As long as you are signing into the same account, all of your apps and purchases are saved to the cloud. You'll need to log back in to your accounts, but anything you have purchased or downloaded previously can be easily reinstalled on the new Fire TV Stick 4k. - Answer First thing to check is TV input source, most screens have several choices, and limited ability to guess which one you are working with. Second thing to check is power. The TV will not know the stick is attached if the cords and plugs aren't together firmly.
