No. Not directly. I bought an over the air antenna and connected it to HDHomeRun device, then I installed the HDHomeRun app. The HDHomeRun device is a one time purchase, but the app is free. That enables local channels on the Fire stick without having to change the TV input.. Works great. Also some subscription services like YouTubeTV and others advertise that their app for the Fire stick gets local channels if you are willing to pay a monthly fee.
