No since the Firestick is already Alexa enabled.

No, you do not need Alexa to use the fire stick. With the new remotes she is automatically there and also if you do plan to purchase an Alexa at some point you will be able to control your tv/fire stick from her.

Yes and No. If you plan on buying it to have it legally programmed by someone like me, having Alexa will NOT matter as Alexa does not recognize the programming. If you plan on buying it to turn your tv into a smart tv and buy your shows and movies from Amazon, the answer is YES.

Yes it is necessary to have Alexa as you can talk into the remote functions that you would like for it to perform it is absolutely superb you will love it as I do! Hope this helps and enjoy your Alexa device !
