• You just need a tv with a HDMI input. The stronger the internet the better streaming will flow.

• Hi. Your TV doesn't have to be a smart TV it only has to have a hdmi port on the TV. And no internet provider does not matter but I do recommend having a internet speed of at least 25mbps down. Check with your provider on what speed you currently have or use a site like speedtest.net to check. You should be fine!
