• It is programmable to one Fire Stick at a time. But you can swap between sticks. You can simply hold the home button down for 10 seconds and it will pair to that stick. It will show you a text confirmation on the screen.

• The remote also controls your TV (on/off, volume, input source), so it's not just for the stick. (And the remote is included in the package)

• It is my understanding that you setup your fire stick to a dedicated TV and the remote is recognized by that TV.
