“Is the Firestick primarily for viewing movies or can you use it just to watch TV? Don't know much about this tech, so trying to save a dollar. Thanks”

Yes the firestick is I think the best for the price. It will handle any account you have say with Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, and the list goes on. You just plug it into any HDMI port on your tv. Go to your TV input on your remote and enter HDMI channel and you are off and running. Rob
